Yumberry is a name recently given to the Yang Mei fruit. The flavor is a combination of raspberry, cranberry, cherry and strawberry flavors. Yumberry has been cultivated for over 5,000 years in Southeast China for its great flavors and medicinal value.
Yumberry is high in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals, including vitamin C, thiamine, riboflavin and carotene. It is rich in oligomeric proanthocyanidins (OPC), antioxidants believed to support every metabolic system in the body. Yumberry OPC’s are twenty times more powerful than Vitamin C and 50 times more potent than Vitamin E.
